Super Mario Advance takes the best of the NES Mario games, Super Mario Brothers 2, and combines it with Classic Mario Brothers to deliver a great game package right to your very hands.

Nintendo got a unique idea from another gaming company, and turned the game into SMB 2. You start the game and choose either SMB 2 or Classic Mario Brothers. If you choose SMB 2, you go into a "Choose a Player" screen. At the screen, you can choose to be Peach, Luigi, Toad, or Mario. They all have different strengths and weaknesses, but Peach is the worst in everything. There is one thing about her though, she floats when she jumps! This will allow you to float around in the level, but only for a short time.

In SMB 2, the whole game revolves around picking things up and throwing them at enemies. It also has bosses that were new for this game: Birdo, Tryclyde, Robirdo, Fry Guy, Clawgrip, Mouser (My favorite), and lastly the Boss of the game, Wart.

Classic Mario Bros. is the game where you jump up ledges and flip over the bad guys by jumping under them on the ledge underneath them, flipping them over, and killing them. The object of the game is to kill the different colored one. When you do that, you advance to the next level. Another great thing about this game is the link-up option. This will let you play the Classic Mario Bros. game with up to 4 people, and all you need is one game pak! You need three normal link cables to achieve this, or you could use the 4-player Link Cable which allows you to link up with up to 4 people with just that one link cable! Its amazing!

So if you want a great Mario game with Classic Mario added on, this is definitely a game you must get! I give it an 8 out of 10!
