When
came out on GBA, it was one of the highest rated games. The biggest complaint, however, was that it was very dark. Well, now there is a
new Castlevania
game coming out, Harmony of Dissonance. You start the game off out side and it is raining. The first thing everyone should notice is the vibrant use of color, and the amazing level of brightness. It is so easily visible not just compared to the last game, but to any GBA game. After that, you should notice the very user-friendly controls, the Dash with the L&R buttons is most likely the most innovative control setting of any game to date. You press the direction you need to move fast, and if you are facing that direction you dash that way, and if u
aren't then you quickly jump backwards, or actually more of a hop. There is a very cool jumping effect that you have probably seen in some screenshots of a blue shadow following the character. The Chain also lights up with Blue, and after holding it out you can use the controls to swing it in any direction you want. You can find an item later in the game that swings it very quickly around like in the last game, so you
don't have to press directions, or rotate the d-pad. There is another cool thing about the Whip, it is made of a chain-link and you can see the individual links falling after a swing, which is a very neat added effect. There are things you find called Spellbooks, which you can combine with your attack items to do special magic attacks, which deal out lots of damage. You also get to equip different kinds of armor, just like in the last one. Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance is looking to be a big success. With the success of every single other
Castlevania
Games, and the greatness of this one, there is no way this could fail. Be counting the days, because Harmony of
