The Bomberman series is not done yet. Hudson Soft hit the shelves with another great
Bomberman game. You control the familiar white-suited man as you run around solving puzzles, helping people, and blowing stuff up. The story is that Bomberman Max has vanished and you have to find him. You travel around the world defeating bosses and dungeons, and collecting armor, material to make new bombs, and little pokemon-like creatures called karabons. The karabons have special powers that will help you progress throughout the game. You will need the karabons to move on, so dont think you can just skip on by them. Also, you should explore every room in every dungeon, because there are power-ups in chests. Another great thing is the single-pak link up. It takes a while to load, but its worth the classic Bomberman battle-mode fun. You don't have to link-up to do it though, you can play by yourself against computer opponents, and you can even select their difficulty level! So whether you're after the story mode, or the classic battle type mode, this game has it both and its just one more hit from Hudson. <-Nick-> |
